India’s Kiran Nadar Museum of Art is taking its collection to Christie’s London this summer, though don’t expect any of its artworks to be for sale. From July 16 to August 21, the New Delhi institution will stage “The Meeting Ground,” a non-selling survey of works from its 16,000-work collection at the auction house. The show will place Indian modernists like M.F. Husain, S.H. Raza, K.G. Subramanyan, and F.N. During the upcoming Venice Biennale, Crystal Bridges Museum will stage an exhibition dedicated to the art singer-songwriter Jewel at the Salone Verde, a venue that’s a short walk from the Fondazione Prada. Hong Kong‘s international airport will have an art storage facility that will open later this year or early next year, reports the South China Morning Post. The temperature-controlled facility will be part of a “comprehensive system for family offices” in the city, according to Jason Fong, the global head of family office at InvestHK. InvestHK is a government department responsible for foreign direct investment. News of the art storage facility was first unveiled by Chief Executive John Le Ka-Chiu in October 2022, as part of eight measures meant to attract at least 200 large family offices by the end of this year.…

For a brief moment ahead of the Venice Biennale this May, all eyes will be on Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where the Carnegie Museum of Art is staging its 2026 edition of the Carnegie International. Just over a year ago, some 100 high-profile contemporary artists from Jeff Koons and Paul McCarthy to Julie Mehretu and Camille Henrot to Claire Tabouret and Julien Creuzet were invited to copy masterpieces from the Louvre’s collection. Their imitations now form the basis of “Copyists” at the Centre Pompidou-Metz, a satellite of the Pompidou in northeastern France. “It’s an exhibition by copyists more than a presentation of copies per se,” cocurator Donatien Grau, said at a press preview in June. Nahmad Contemporary will mount an exhibition titled “Picasso | Painter and Model, Reflections by Naomi Campbell” next month at its exhibition space in Gstaad, Switzerland. For the ninth year of the Brooks International Fellowship Programme, Tate and the Delfina Foundation are now accepting applications. Two visual artists will be allowed to work in London for six months starting in April 2023 as part of the Brooks Fellowship program, which will be supported with events at the Delfina Foundation.
